And The Leela’s Go On!

AND THE LEELA’S GO ON!

…The Lotus has long been my long-standing, enduring obsession: a symbol of spiritual awakening, emerging pure from the grime and dirt, and still a silent beacon of light and truth.

Resilient, Enchanting, Ethereal, Pristine, Pure, and Rebirth—Ultimate Transformation.

Walking along, I came across a dual-colored lotus, reminding me that life is nothing but a delicate balance of shades unfolding gently before me.

Two shades on the same flower?

What is it signifying?

I was in a quandary—is it trying to teach me something?

Is it the coming together of opposites?

Perhaps this is Shiva’s teaching—the Ardhanarishvara, the composite form of Shiva and Parvati in one body, where masculine and feminine, stillness and movement, light and shadow dissolve into wholeness—a symphonic union, dissolving into a single breath of being.
“One whole peaceful unit.”
Or maybe it is Krishna’s Leela, his eternal flow of the sacred sports—the cosmic dance of dualities where joy and sorrow, longing and fulfillment, illusion and truth entwine like the perfectly aligned notes of his flute.
“One whole melodious tale.”

A gentle reminder that beauty is born not from perfection, but from rising above the chaos and internal harmony.

Softly whispering that unity is a graceful coexistence where every hue, every flaw, every contrast blends into a quiet, unfolding harmony.

The lesson of the two-colored Lotus is simple yet profound: life is not flawless; it is meant to be integrated, balanced and  imperfect yet perfectly so.

The divine calls not for perfection, but for reverence—embracing every imperfection, every scar, every raw fragment of our being as a luminous step on the journey of awakening.

So, the next time you see a lotus of two shades, pause and let it remind you—balance is sacred, unity is transcendental, and incompleteness is the roadway to authenticity.

We are nothing but a creation in bloom.

Leela’s are never-ending—the play continues.
