…My most beautiful trip to Tamil Nadu, India, made me understand that beauty lies hidden in transitions and how we navigate through the different chapters of our lives.
Why—a quiet dread when something precious sails away?
Why—restless thoughts overwhelm our senses?
Why—fear losing what feels rare?
Yes, it hurts—deeply, painfully, yes!
But not all is ours to hold.
How could we ever own something forever?
Let’s quietly agree: we cannot.
People come. Kindred spirits arrive. They bring light.
They bring “moments” that mold us.
And,
Like fleeting blossoms, those “moments” bloom—and fade.
Yet their essence remains, nestled safely, cuddled in the warm blanket of love within us, like snapshots.
You know like, how, sometimes, the amber, honeyed sunlight, burnished by the day caresses our face—it lingers for a heartbeat.
It touches us.
We reach for it.
We want to hold it. Yet, even this, too, drifts away with the fluttering and dancing breeze.
Realize, we cannot hold on to anything—try catching the tender rays of the rising sun, ever moving beyond our grasp.
So,
Grace their presence with gentleness.
Like Shiva, rest in stillness and be in serene awareness.
Do not anchor too tightly.
But,
Treasure deeply.
Let it be enough.
Let it be beautiful.
“Just As It Is.”
